Love the ease of use for both setting up and whomever scans the tag if our dogs escape. A place for adding extra contacts and any info you feel someone would need is also available. The only issue I had with setup was the email everyone claims doesn’t exist went to my spam/junk folder. Cons are, the app needs some work. It can’t save any birthdate accurately to save it’s life and the settings for what info someone sees when scanning the chip also do not save properly. Simply not entering any info you do not want to share is easy enough. I also added my number a second time as the “backup” because when you scan the tag it shows a backup number under bubbles of a phone and a message icon and I honestly thought they were just part of the page design and not everyone may touch them to call your main contact. Overall I am very pleased, and happy to have something that can be scanned quickly on the spot and reunite us much faster than someone having to take them to a vet who knows what distance away from where they are found to scan a microchip.

You put in your email address and it says it’ll send you an email with instructions to finish the set up. It sends you a link to the login page. You can’t login because you haven’t set a password. Hit “forgot password” and it sends you an email that links you right back to the login page. There are no links to customer service or tech support. If I could give it zero stars I would. I wish I knew the app was crap before I bought the tag

I saw this on my local pet store countertop and thought man my dog has some strong legs it’d be great to know his location anytime!! As the front of the packaging has claims of “1 click navigation” and “unlimited range” among other intriguing abilities.. now I’m not saying that this tag can’t do that for you BUT THERES A CATCH.. so I buy TWO, 50 BUCKS, and I download the app, I blame the connection issues on my provider and my WiFi, but this thing will only locate your dog if the “PET FINDER” downloads the app to their phone and scans the tag, which at this point you may be wondering why wouldn’t the person who had come across this poor scared dog who is lost not just call the number on your regular dog tag? Well I don’t know why either!! Granted it does say all of this on the back of the packaging so really I’m the dope who fell for it!! Learn from me lol.
