We’ve been using Parcel Tracker for five years now and it continues to deliver. The app is incredibly intuitive. Our team loves how easy it is to scan, notify, and manage incoming packages with their phone (no equipment to buy). This app was simple to set up and has made our daily mail process much more efficient. The web dashboard also provides great visibility and control. We are currently using the app in a hotel and convention center for all inbound packages for hotel guests and attendees to the various conferences on the property. I have worked directly with the team who have been amazing. This app is a lot better than the antiquated one we were using before. It makes tracking and locating packages a lot easier.

Parcel Tracker uses Computer Vision and Optical Character Recognition to bring a super fast and automatic way of dealing with parcels.
Logging a parcel in the system is as easy as pointing the device to the label of the parcel: the tenant name and barcode will be detected instantaneously and the tenant notified automatically.
For collection, we support QR code notifications that can be scanned to identify the tenant, and we take a signature as a proof of collection.
All the data is synchronised on our servers for backup, and kept on the device for offline use.
