I had some reservations about using their telehealth system and typing my address in three different places was a little tedious. They also did not have my insurance listed. But it was only $67 for a telehealth visit to take care of my pressing concern today. So overall pleasantly surprised.

I moved from Texas to Colorado and my new hospital happened to have the same medical record system. I still see one specialist in Texas but the rest of my care is at the new hospital. Unfortunately, I canāt log into the app and see records from both institutions, and I canāt have separate accounts in the app.
Epic doesnāt have this problem.
