I don’t need to hear your stupid voice asking if I want to hear the next marker! The app barely works, always resets back to Houston, the buttons don’t react to the touch, the colors for text/search are soooo wrong because you can’t even see your text, it won’t show markers on the map if you just scroll over to a location, this app is the worst for trying to teach people the history of Texas.

I downloaded, used it for a trip around home town and it worked great. Went on a road trip and it couldn’t identify where I was at 3 days in a row. Is there an update or does it just not work anymore Update: Jim sent me a message and explained the app had some issues that has since been resolved. Seems to be working great again. Thanks!

There is so much Texas history around us - but most of us are too busy to stop at Texas’ 17,000 historical markers. This app is voice controlled and will recite the markers that are in your vicinity. You set the search parameters and the app will alert you when nearby markers appear plus navigate you to the marker sites if desired. It makes driving through Texas so much more interesting. Bravo!!!
