The idea is good. It is good that all documents are in one program. But there is a very big "minus" - no one pays attention to bugs and problems in the program! My home is completely destroyed! The documents are in order. I am in the system, but it does not allow me to submit an application! How so?! For more than three months, they have been writing "Wait for processing. Handed over to the development team." And so hard. And also your program, which is the only one in Ukraine and which is responsible for єВідновлення, works but for some reason not for everyone. No one needs us with our destroyed home...

Overall, definitely a great app! Would be nice if you could add an option of adding Covid certificates by scanning them (that is how it works, for instance, in Germany) without having to go through the process right now that excludes those who got vaccinated outside of Ukraine.
