App is the worst. SM is trying its best make people use this app. But it cant change the fact that app is the worst they can make. It won't work when you try to open the entrance gate. Won't work when you try to order something from cafeteria. It's a complete messy app. If someone is going to take lease at SM, please visit cafeteria at 1pm. Plan is so bad, that you will hit someone with foodplates in their hand. The wash area is so congested, hand wash gel is placed in a special place that only few has access. Limited Dustins available in the entire compound. They have small cafeteria for 2 buildings. Finally read the positive reviews. They're very funny. Someone tried their best to put something positive in the reviews atleast.

It makes ordering Beverages/Snacks & more a quite effortless process, hence, giving me enough time to work well. Smartworks app also works seamlessly well so I like it. This app seems to be designed keeping convenience in mind. I like how it connects everyone & everything with just one app.
