Hi there please help me out am trying to load money into my Wayamoney account through mtn mobile money it always says PLEASE SET TRANSFER FROM AMOUNT KYC LIMITS which I do not understand and I can’t find the transfer amount limits to on the app

I regret even using the app 3 good days no response and deduction of money from my mpesa yet no refund . The worst worst worst worst app ever i just hate it. If possible i wouldnt even bother giving it any star cause they dont deserve ot😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It’s the worst transfer app ever after loading your money into it then the app stop working I’m still having my money trapped in the app
