Fehlerhafte Abrechnung & Probleme
Seit dem letzten grossen Update hat sich die App leider deutlich verschlechtert. Obwohl meine Verwaltung das Abo bezahlt, wurden mir trotzdem Abokosten von CHF 9.90 in Rechnung gestellt. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen erfolgte bisher keine Korrektur. Zusätzlich war nach dem Update meine Ladestation unter „Home Charging“ nicht mehr verfügbar. Beim Starten des Ladevorgangs über die App hängt sich diese jeweils auf.

Not working after upgrade Oct 2025
After the mandatory upgrade, everything including RFID card stopped working except for continuing charging user the monthly fee. You have to call EWZ again and again, also the home charger is not selectable on the map so couldn’t add it to favourites, much worse than the old version

Wäre cool wenn man noch die Ladegeschwindigkeit sehen könnte in Realtime! Ansonsten 1A!
