Been using JustMarkets since the beginning of this year 2024 and I’ve gotten any issues with them , Deposit and withdrawals are okay , spreads an etc are decent

I have really bad experience of using this platform, I deposited to my account, but my deposit was less than what I request in the app, instead of adjusting they deposit, they sent me email to process for refund because my payment was less than what I asked fkr, after proccing the refund they cut half of my payment as refund transection fee, that is nonsense and unacceptable for me.
For me it's just making excuse to take our money somehow, others they could adjust our transection like any other brokers.

This is the biggest scammer platform you can ever trade on, I made a deposit of 1000USD up till today this people have not credited my account, they ask me to send my statement of account to them, I sent it, could you believe I’ve been talking to different customer care for more than 2 weeks now, they just keep telling me stories, they’ll steal your money here eventually, this people are scammers trust me, imagine stealing someone 1000USD, please I want my money in my money, I will go to any extent to get my money.
