This was the best facial app that i have even used! I Personally love it, I think the haters don't know that you need to buy the vacuum so you can use it!
Not sure what the problem is, but for ios14 and an iPhone 11, the app starts up, but then reverts back to the start screen when you try to start the camera. The thing is broadcasting because I can get a brief glimpse of an image, but it won’t stay. Basically the app is garbage making the scope useless.
It won’t work. I successfully installed the app, initiated the app, and the camera is on ... when I click the arrow to go it tries to start and then just reverts to the “start screen”. I can never get an image. Total waste of money. I do not recommend purchasing this since it just cant work. I gave it one star because you can’t give it zero stars.
