Emperor of Mahjong: Tile Match

Truly love this game, but it can be frustrating and expensive. Some “challenges” can NOT be won without using tools. I can go through all my experience points and more playing the same challenge over and over again. I use a tool and I’ll win. The stories are engaging and keep you wanting to play. The side games are also fun and keep your attention. I only wish that the more expensive tools were more assessable through winning. They recently started putting ads on during the play. I’m not a fan. At first these ads were happening after EACH challenge, but they have reduced the amounts. This is appreciated. I understand that the app needs to make money, so I can deal with the ads for now. All in all - I definitely recommend this game. 🤓

I’ve been playing this game for a year or so, so I pretty much feel I know what I’m talking about. I’ve been reading some of the reviews & decided to put my 2 cents into the pot. 1st: the ads don’t really pop up all that often and their pretty short (longest is 10 secs). For me, they pop up at the most inconvenient time. Turn your wi fi off if they bother you that much. G5 will let you know it’s off & your progress will be saved until you turn wi fi back on. The ads to purchase something for the game has been more often than it used to be, also at an inconvenient time. 2nd: Let’s talk about the gems or rubies or whatever their called. It takes forever to get just one & the only way I know of to get just one is by increasing your experience level or purchasing them. Imagine my great surprise and pleasure when out of the blue G5 offered to let you watch 4 videos and get 4 gems a day, sometimes it was twice a day. Then the Bank’s discount to purchase offer came up. I ‘X’d out of it and lo and behold I was given an offer to watch a video for a gem. Well of course I took the offer. Then it offered again and again, etc. I ended up with 10 gems. In one day I could make 14 gems. This went on for about a month and then G5 stopped it. I was very sad. So G5 would you mind putting that glitch back in? I would then have some gems to open those chests the demons floating around town are offering on occasions or purchase some shuffles. Or you could offer to watch a video for a shuffle in lieu of gem. I’d rather have the gem tho. Please think about this. 3rd: For those who haven’t figured this out, Jupiter (I think it’s him) will give you some energy every 4 hours. Watch for the sparkles.

When you spend hours playing a game everyday and get a group on your own (don’t buy any of the ridiculous this flashed in front of your face every 5 seconds to help you play the game - which by the way people the extras don’t help you play the game, you are wasting your money, the ONLY THING THAT HELPS YOU PLAY THE GAME IS YOUR OWN BRAIN and they know it that is why they flash those “sales” in front of your face every 5 seconds. They hope you will get so tired of seeing the ads that you will give in and buy them.) A new thing in the game is that when you have gone through each item on your own and go to redeem the collection you can;t because it says you are lacking a ridiculous amount of items so this is a new way to try and pressure you to purchase their specials. I am extremely angry about this. I am disabled and feel that this is directed towards all disabled and low income people that cannot afford to purchase the extras. It is a deplorable thing to do to an entire class of people and it almost makes me feel like they are trying to make all of us leave the game. I am very disappointed in G5!
