Obviously your mileage may vary, but this app has been very helpful to me. It's a very easy, convenient way to keep track of your streaks, as well as your various forms of productivity during it. I only have two complaints. One, there is no way to invite MDF Battle competitors to become long-term accountability partners. I think that that could be very useful. Two, the daily motivational backgrounds and nofap posts are linked to specific days of recovery. This is sometimes helpful, as during day 1 you'll likely want the "what to do after a relapse" post; other times, however, it can be annoying, as if you're struggling to get past one week, you'll only see the same seven things, which greatly decreases their effect. If you could change these linked posts from scheduled to random in the settings, I think that could be very helpful. All in all though, still a 5/5, and a very good tool.

I cannot stress enough how practical, convenient, and intuitive this app is. Not only does it look great and have basically no ads (that are painfully noticeable at least), it also has a ton of extra features and perks that continually motivate you to stay on track and monitor your progress. I also highly recommend you enable notifications as it will update you throughout the day with great quotes and encouraging messages to stay on track. Can’t recommend it enough, hands down best app for this stuff.

TL;DR: 1.) This developer is a liar and scammer 2.) I will be contacting Apple to try and get my $20 or whatever I paid back 3.) DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING ON THIS APP. Better yet, don’t even download it. I’ve been using this app for a really long time. I continued using it even after I beat PMO (as a habit tracker, Journal, etc). I’d paid ~$20 (I think) for “Lifetime” add free access and stats support. But a recent update (which added $9.99/month subscription for the same features) deleted my “Lifetime” access. There’s no option to restore previous purchases. I really liked this app, and I really believed in it. I shared it with several of my friends, and paid for premium (which is something I never do for any apps). So I’m extremely disappointed that I’m writing this now. But regardless of how much I like(d) this app, I’m not okay with people stealing my money. When I found it, it was a better alternative to similar more expensive apps. I was willing to overlook buggy/clunky UI because of the pricing model. But now, it’s just a worse version of other apps that are just as expensive.
