Great service alittle spotty here n there but nothing too big to complain about

Terrible company. They provide me with a car at 56% charged. They want to give a $.80 per percent uncharged. But they’re gonna charge me $1 per uncharged. So automatically lose $.20 per percent uncharged when locked in the vehicle. Obviously I didn’t even start the reservation. They took enough money as it is. It takes over a day for anyone and customer service to get back to you. And then they gas light me and tell me that I’m making “threats” because I told them that I was gonna leave a bad review. Well here it is… thanks for taking my money on a reservation I didn’t even use and for a car with an empty battery that I was going to get charged even more for. TERRIBLE COMPANY

This service seems to be a great idea on paper • the UX flow books without a clear confirmation of booking prior • and when you go to cancel • they instantly hit you with a charge. CX agent 'as a one time courtesy' refunded the fee • but would not acknowledge the UX failure/take any responsibility. Be cautious when booking if you use the app. I have deleted due to the lack of care around such a critical flow.
