Many time report to customer care my account is not open but till now no response it’s from 1month

This app is not working properly. When I try to check my transaction history, I get this error: “Cannot perform runtime binding on a null reference.” Because of this, I cannot view my financial details, which is a major issue. I updated the app, reinstalled it, and even checked on a different device, but the problem still persists. Please fix this as soon as possible so that users do not face any inconvenience.

This is, without a doubt, the most problematic app on my phone. The number of bugs is staggering, and there have been multiple instances where I couldn't even log in to my account. This is completely unacceptable and requires immediate attention. Additionally, paying the Visa through the app is a frustrating experience. On several occasions, I've had to wait up to two days for the funds to transfer to my account. Because of this delay—despite transferring the money on time—I’ve been unfairly charged with late fees as the confirmation only arrives after two days. This issue needs to be resolved urgently. Completely not recommended
