This is not the NuVision mobile banking app! This is strictly for your NuVision cards. Makes it super easy to check balances, see pending and approved transactions, make payments on cards or validate cards for travel. The mobile banking app can be downloaded using the link in on the web version of the NuVision site.

I've been trying to send money for the past 5 days through Zelle but I get an error saying it's not in use. So frustrating! I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different credit union.

Edit: looking at the screen shots.... this doesn’t even look like a mobile banking app. It looks like the visa credit app, which should be separate from mobile banking. Again, I get updates, I get system changes. But any company still has backup customer access. This was a big fail on someone’s part. Ouch.
I get the upgrade. Awesome. However, you cannot shut down both online and mobile banking without having customer support more readily available. I can’t even get my account balance by calling. Also, on the app it is showing certain charges duplicated. Again, I get upgrades but for people’s banking needs you shouldn’t shut EVERYTHING down!
