Love the app. To potential users, this is the place to trade. Very fair fees, and the top place to be for bots...they’re free. TO THE DEVS, only note, for the love of God can you make the “Picks” star larger on your mobile app!? Whether new traders are first setting up, or regular traders are refining their portfolio, the pick stars are tiny and when you opt for the desktop site the coins are organized into categories that are non-alphabetical in regards to Tradingview which the vast majority of us are using. Please fix this so I can come back with 5 stars.

I recently used the app and I was terribly disappointed with my experience. My trading bot lost money. That’s right the bot got me Negative Returns. The bot has been running since May 2021, no positive return and I’m probably screwed tax wise since I can’t access the account to see my tax info. The company behind the app is clearly fraudulent, as their promises were not met and their customer service was unresponsive. In addition, when I tried to get a refund for the coin that is stuck in the account, they refused to cooperate. This has been an extremely frustrating ordeal that could have easily been avoided if the company had acted in a more responsible manner. Avoid Pionex app at all costs! Truly believe Pionex intentions is to take our money and lock our accounts once we fund them. Scam artist, Apple need to remove them from the App Store.

Well I’m one week into it with a minimal investment so far and quite happy with the results. It seems as though even after fee deductions, my allocated coin combination has made nearly 50% more profit than if I had been merely hodling. Will be slowly increasing investment to see how it goes and will update if necessary.
Only one suggestion for improvement, but not major enough to deduct a star - There is an option to “Release Profits” from the trading bot, but there needs to be an option to “Reinvest Profits” as well.
