I’ve just recently started getting interested and practicing yoga—little did I know there’s way more to yoga than just the physical practice. The e-deck is perfect to take anywhere and read directly from my phone. It was easy and simple to purchase it through the app.
This app also gives me inspirational quotes, lessons, and other great reads. The app even lets you type your own thoughts in for self reflection. I love how it makes you think deeper about yourself.
Overall I’m so happy with this app and finding it during the current crisis has saved me! I love reading through it and learning more about not only yoga as a whole, but myself too!

OM-Matters has quickly become my go-to App for two important reasons. First, using the practice cards, and accompanying articles that break down the 8-Limbs of yoga, really help me focus in, and bring a much more centered approach to my daily practices.
Second, this App is a fantastic teaching tool as well. Using this App in both my classes, and workshops has really helped my students better understand, apply, and integrate these core principles into their daily life, and practice. In short, an extremely valuable tool for me. Thank you very much!

This App is full of tools to live in an intentional way. It’s explains the 8 limb path in such a way that anyone can gain wisdom and insight into this transformational way of life. Useful tools to put your yoga into action! I love it!
The Yoga cards are my favorite part. You can pick a card a day or each week to focus on. It’s a great tool for yoga teachers to weave philosophy and inspiration into their classes.

The OM Matters App was created to help inspire you on your yoga journey. The yoga cards, articles and lessons within this App provide examples of how you can practice the 8 Limbs of Yoga each day, through physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and philosophical practices.
