I have been working with Lisa Douthit aka the Wellness Warrior since 2018 . She as helped me channel my anxiety, post traumatic stress /depression during my darkest hours in life . With this app I have access to guided meditations that are tailored to whatever I am feeling that day . So many informative articles and even some quick yoga demos are great day starters to help get me through this Covid-19 madness. I have following Lisa for some time. This app is the perfect compliment to other resources that she has shared in the past, including her amazing book. I suffer from Anxiety and high stress amongst other things, and this app has quite literally saved me in many situations. Her knowledge in incredible and you can tell she is one caring human being.
