Great app ! I had my items delivered through them and it was delivered right in time.

Good app at first now messing up like others. What’s with the weekly delivery charge increase?? Rider asked for my location and took forever with my delivery. I kept calling to find out what the problem was and he kept telling me he’s using the map and will be here soon only for me to find out later that he had not even viewed the location I sent him yet (probably because he was doing something else) And to top it up customer service representative hangs up on me when I wasn’t even done talking ( and I called! With my airtime!) Y’all service providers ha!😤😤

Delivery system is honestly BAD. I watched my delivery guy on the map and he went round in circles. The first thing I found redundant was the rider calling me to ask for directions even though I had inserted my exact location on the map. Regardless, the initial 3 min ETA kept changing. It even went all the way up to 7 mins because the rider kept missing turns. What baffled me was the fact that the rider was a very young guy and he couldn’t navigate Google Maps 🤦🏾‍♂️ this is my first time using the App and unfortunately I am going to have uninstall it.
