Not sure if it’s the website that my job is connected to but there’s so many glitches and inconsistencies with this app everytime I open it up. For starters, there a red 1 on the app itself before you open it as if there’s a notification but there is no new notifications. Secondly is the sign in. On top of the already annoying verification process you have to go through every single time, the system asks to not ask you for next time and it never does. Sometimes even after you do the entire process it just won’t log you in to see your schedule for no reason and you have to do it all over again. I shouldn’t have to jump through these hoops just to check when/if my schedule changed when other apps that I used for work can show me almost instantly. 1 star. Do better. (JSYK I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times before and the same problems have occurred)

As an employee I DEPEND on this for my work schedule however it’s sub par. The interface is lackluster, I hate there isn’t a dark mode, you have no options to see who is also working/scheduled on any day but yourself so you can’t find coverage if you need to switch shifts, and the one thing that gets me the most frustrated is I CONSTANTLY have a notification mark from the app when there isn’t any new notifications. No matter what I do I cannot get rid of it or reset it; even by deleting and reinstalling the app. There are so many other better options out there for retailers to use, frustrated I’m stuck with using this garbage app. Even the app support leads you to nothing; guess that tells you all you need to know huh?

This application is easy to use and allows for Direct and Simple Clicks to things needed. Overall Good .
