This app is really not the best and I’ve ran into a handful of issues already. I pay for the membership so that I can go to any FFC location. The app will not show me each locations hours on any given day besides “today” and even then i have to make a location my “home gym” in order to see “todays” hours. Also, each location has different amenities. It would be nice if the app somehow had a page for me to look at all the amenities at a specific location instead of me having to go to the FFC website. Lastly, it is odd that FFC On Demand only opens up on a new webpage and the videos are not available on the app. Depending on the location and where I am at the gym - the videos take a ridiculous amount of time to load. I’ve given up a handful of times when trying to use it. Is the point of the app just to check in and do nothing else? If so, then I guess the app is great. When I need to look up anything - I end up having to go to the FFC website instead of the app.
Please allow users to modify whether or not they receive email notifications for classes launching and becoming available for registration. Also please enhance push notifications so they take you directly to the date & class that you’re registering for. Currently they just take you to the group fitness and you have to scroll to the day of the class you want to register
I was so excited about old app being retired... up until moment I opened new app. 1. Check-in always loading, takes 15 seconds just to check in. 2. Booking is terrible - spinner shows all the way at the top so when you press book button you can’t even see that something is loading. And if you book earlier then 48h it still shows you your booking is set message when reservation didn’t happen. And that only two functions of the app that I’m using. Not talking about overall user experience. App got a facelift but is worst then the old, at least old app worked
