My Bark Mobile

Got the Bark watches for our kids and tried to use the app. I am visually impaired and the app is completely unusable with VoiceOver. Tried turning direct touch on and off and screen recognition on and off. Could not even login.

Downloaded this app to make a payment so i wouldn’t have to go in person. Set up auto renew for the next day when our phones would be turned off and it didn’t work. Connected to wifi another day later after our phones were cut off and just tried to make a payment that way it kept kicking me off and marking down that I wanted to pay for all the previous months I had already paid in person and never seemed to go through so I gave in and paid in person. Come to find out the app had taken the money off for the auto renew the day I set it up and the next day it was supposed to actually renew our plan but never did. Then the day I had tried to just pay the bill it continuously charged our card until there was no money left 550$ worth of 50 and 25$ charges and my plan is 100$ so it wasn’t even like I had purchased multiple plans it just kept charging for individual lines until the card was empty. I wasn’t even hitting the pay button over and over I would select my plan and lines and it would glitch and kick me off I think I tried clicking pay once maybe twice but it always kicked me off and I never got a confirmation page. Also when we contacted bark about it they had no records of the payments at all although the money was taken off the card and it showed all the completed payments to bark Mobile when we contacted the bank. I was able to get my money back after going through the bank but it was not easy having to hold for hours just to get 3 of the 17 payments refunded a day. Which isn’t bark mobiles fault but this app definitely has issues and I just felt people should be aware it can happen and the only way you know the money was taken by the app is to check your cards transaction history. Still love bark mobile as my phone service though I’m just going to pay in person and never use this app again.
