My online coach uses this app, and while it’s informative, I have two pieces of feedback • too many sublayers to get to certain topics. needs a more straightforward, simpler, user-friendly platform • there needs to be a dedicated tracker for workouts that a coach assigns to their client. There’s nowhere to make notes (such as weights, sets, reps, etc) in the workouts which is incredibly frustrating, especially for an app in 2025.

I started doing this program very unsure about what I was getting into. I had dipped my toe into a habit based program but this is a game changer. I went into this not really believing I could do it, and now I find myself building new habits and an ever evolving routine. I woke up one day and started thinking my coach was slow playing me into a new lifestyle that changed how I thought about the process and results. I can now say that I am more concerned about the process than I am the number on the scale. For the first time, in about my whole life, I believe I can accomplish my health and fitness goals. Not only do I recommend this program, I recommend my coach, Darryl Perry.

Why does it send duplicate notifications. I get two of the same one at once. Just send one. Ux could be better.
