Very easy to use. Had the information needed including my ID card. It is faster than my old insurance app.

This app is useful when it works, but it is very buggy and won’t always display data. It definitely needs a lot of work.

The home screen of the app is the only good part, hence the one star. I’m annoyed that in order to send a secure message, I have to be taken out of the app to do so. And then they ask for a recipient of the message. How am I supposed to know that? It should automatically know to send to whomever monitors the secured messaging aspect. And I can’t even enter a recipient so how am I supposed to send a message? I’m so disappointed that my work switched to this health care provider…
