On 15/08 I charged my hybrid Volvo XC60 via EDP Charge at Lidl: after 225 minutes only 1.5 kWh at a cost of no less than €3.06! Amazingly expensive. Then as follow up by EDP on 20/08 I receive a bland & meaningless answer: “Check the rates first”. I had: it said €0.08/minute, all others €0.00. The EDP answer is unhelpful and skirts the issue: the pricing is a rip-off!
I have an account with EDP, which is recognized by the app. But then - I cannot add payment method (app is stuck on showing floating bars). I also cannot request EDP Charge Card via the app - I get „Unrecognized error occurred” message.
Why is the app so incredible slow? Also the iPhone 15 is on the market for over 9 months and the screen reaches into the notch. Very frustrating to use.
