Real Coaster: Idle Game

So I’ve been playing for a while and I have some issues in a older update the park selection used to be a map and I absolutely loved that and I love the new upgrade system but the game lost its customizable features with this update I loved when I was able to chose a specific ride I wanted put in and not forced in a selection of just a few that fits the theme of the theme park if those two things could be brought bake ( choosing what ever ride to put in and the parks being on a map ) the game would be amazing and I would have no issues also for some reason it doesn’t start of with low coast and low money when you get a new park it’s immediately high coast high money which should happen when your progress your park not right of the bat. I was enjoying this game so much. I used to play this game in the morning before work on the train and in the afternoon before class . The amount of times I clicked on the ads just to get more money was insane. I built 8 out of 10 parks and reached money in AD. That is after thousands trillions billions and so on. This game was so unique to me and helped me with my anxiety. I spent my own money to build these parks. I spent probably 15$ just so I can level up. My level was 48 and I was having so much fun! This morning I open the app and apparently the tornado hit on my parks. All of my progress was deleted and everything changed. The parks don’t look the same, the map is no longer there and the gift boxes are just scattered around instead of being in 1 place. Not only that I have lost all my money. From 62AD I went to 100k…. But hey man, they gave me 448 diamonds to make me feel better….. you can no longer speed up the game like you used to. You can’t quickly build decorations and shops because now they cost actual diamonds instead of money that you’ve earned. And by the way, you only earn diamonds if you level up or you pay for them in dollars. They also now are making you pay actual money for the attractions. Before the update you were able to buy them with the money you earned in the game, not actual $$$. I do not know the reason for this dumb update. I only wish to go back to what it was before and to keep all of my progress. I spend a lot of time and money playing this game. Why do they do this without consulting with their own consumers. This is really sad and upsetting.

So I found this game through their instagram page and on that page they have a few videos showing that you can build your own custom coasters with an editor like you’d see in planet coaster. All the other videos on the page show nothing of what the game is like when you download it. So to my surprise I see that it’s an idle game, not what I excepted but I tried it out to see I the feature they shown in those videos where actually in the game. Come to find out all I’ve seen that you can do so far is add pieces to a pre existing coaster. You have no control of where they go or anything like they shown in those instagram videos. Note not talking about instagram ads because I have seen those and those actually show what the game really is and conveniently they show no custom coaster building. So unless I am missing something I don’t appreciate seeing on thing shown to me and getting another thing when I actually download the game. The game overall seemed like it’d be a good time waster when you’re on the toilet but I’m not really into idle games. So if you’re going to show one thing on you’re instagram page them make sure it’s actually in the game. If it turns out to be in the game then show the player early on so players like me who came to the game for the custom coaster building that YOU showed, don’t get burned like I did.
