I have used this app multiple times to place an order with the local FTB and every time I get to the restaurant they have no awareness of the order and only start preparing it then. This causes wait times of 40+ minutes despite ordering ahead.
As boba drinker, I choose place order nom nom green tea almost every day here. I am so happy to earn my points here and redeem my free drink. Thru the app, I am also be able to do curbside pickup& no need to get in line anymore.
I’ve been drinking milk tea boba from FTB for years and it surprised me that this store also has website and app to order, too. I tried the app and it’s pretty easy to use. Now I don’t have to drive 15’ back and forth to have my favorite milk tea and popcorn chicken. Awesome, recommended guys!!
