I love the base I got the l600 but the app doesn’t detect it when I try to pair it to control it with my iPhone 13 max pro Weird thing is another bed app kinda works but it kinda works when it wants too I wish I can get the lucid base app to work with my phone how it’s supposed to other then that the product is fine I actually ended up buying a lucid bed after being so satisfied with the base Help me fix the app tho !!

After I purchased the L300 bed I came across the bluetooth module that works well with the app, and it has been great so far. The integration with Siri has been really helpful, however there are a couple of issues. First, the only two presets available for sleep and zero g do not work. Whenever i press either button nothing happens and the frame does not move, even though if i use the Siri integration it works just fine. The second improvement is that although the Siri integration is great, it requires that the app be opened because the Bluetooth is set to only “When using the app”. It’s be better if i could set it to “Always” but the option is not available. If it was then i would be able to use Siri commands at anytime without having to open the app first. Overall great, except for these two areas of improvement.

Update: Thanks for being responsive to feedback and fixing the iOS app. It works great now! A main reason for purchasing the L600 base was ability to use the Lucid app via Bluetooth. The app doesn’t find the base so is useless. According to customer support, Okin (the motor used in L600) recently changed its firmware which broke the Lucid app. They said a third-party is working to fix the app, but it’s been several weeks with no update. This doesn’t seem to be a high priority for Lucid although they are still advertising their non-functioning app on their website. Do better!
