First time using Haru to send some old Items off, easy to use app and it’s nice it’s tells you how much you’ll get for you clothes before you send them, I did have an issue with my parcel once when I sent it off,but this was resolved in a quick and efficient way, will be using again to sell my old clothes, also massive shout out to Naomi who works in customer service, she’s a credit to your company, very polite and resolved my issue within a few days
Had a load of clothes to get rid of before I moved country, didn’t have time to upload to Vinted/Depop. Only having to take a couple of photos and getting an instant price was a great timesaver. Prices were lower than what I could sell for myself but was willing to accept due to the convenience and bulk aspect of the service.
I had a pile of clothes I wanted to try to sell. Some of the items the AI recognised immediately, others I had to retake photos multiple times. The app then started to not recognise any clothes and I had to restart the app, this happened three times. Some of the offers were so low, I just kept the items and put on vinted myself. They were offering me 9p for Tommy Hilfiger tee and the same for a Calvin klein tee shirt and I went on to sell both on vinted for £5 each. And they were charging £7 delivery for the items too!! For the time it takes to put the item on Haru I would recommend just putting on vinted or eBay yourself and keep their profit margin in your own pocket.
The Haru app is the quickest way to sell your clothes for cash. No more individual listings, haggling and individual post office trips. Now you cange...
