So i have money in my wallet, but the app still takes it from the card…. Unless the wallet is there incase the app doesnt actually start the parking like it did to me last year, causing a fine i had no idea about untill it had escallated to the dept collectors. I did try to call, but i guess your call centre doesnt do people. Still havent had a response from your team in a while… fingers crossed that happens. How low a service must be provided to qualify as a service i wonder…

Have to constantly re-enter payment details. Yesterday the server went down and could not register parking at all. Would be great if it could send you a reminder if you go to a regular parking space and forget to sign in, or an auto prompt, when parking in the same space daily?

App has bugs and doesn’t work. I’ve tried to sign up twice now on two seperate occasions. It won’t proceed with my application as it says is needs ‘last name’s but there is no field to even write Last Name! There’s only a field for Full name (which I have filled out with my Full name). Have to delete app as app needs fixing.
