Each call I got was only $12 pay each. Or got to a point where the only calls I was getting were 20+ miles. Seriously you guys to add extra compensation for calls this far. The reps here constantly harass you by calling/texting you even if you’ve declined a call they will call you up and ask you AGAIN to do the call, if you say no they usually offer to add a whole $4 for a 30 mile call. If this is an option why not just pay me more for every call? If you can do math you quickly realize that you are losing money on most of the calls. They also expect you to give them a weekly schedule. I’m sorry if you’re not giving me guaranteed pay then I’m not giving you a schedule. This is a gig job not a full time job. They have also deactivated my account without warning/reason. Not really a big deal for me but I can imagine how this could screw someone over. Absolutely the worst gig job I’ve ever had. The first few weeks was super busy for me then they seemed to throttle the calls I could receive. Again don’t work for these guys unless you like playing games. Also can’t even spell the app description has typos lol.

Messages in the communication menu don’t display a badge when new messages come in. This requires manually checking the communication menu periodically for new messages which is difficult and dangerous while driving. Also, these messages only sync when this tab is checked manually, which makes communication unreliable. Also, an audible notification for new work orders would be INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, otherwise we have to commit our visual attention to the new workorder screen, which is very distracting when driving.

Progressively getting better and better. I’ve been running with these guys for about 2 and half years. We never know what’s really going on from a owner/driver perspective. So try not to get too frustrated, just accept what makes sense and let them sort out the rest…. If you can get the attention of the staff then most of the time you will receive calls that aren’t ridiculous… take care of your resources… you are responsible for yourself and your business, don’t allow anyone to run over you or your business and don’t believe that it’s “just the system” when they say that .. honk and urgently applications are automated sometimes but I’m not too sure about this one .. All in all , nothing is worth having without a little bit of fight .. this is a great app to build revenue and gain new customers for more extensive repairs and build customer retention 5stars ..
