Union Three

I LOVE Union Three!! Literally one of the best studios in Tampa (and the app is so easy to use!) Before U3, I wasn't a person who worked out ever, but you can't help but want to come all the time when you catch their contagious enthusiasm, gratitude, passion, and drive. The classes are fun and really grow you, the coaches are super talented and motivational, and the community is one of the most tight-knit and supportive you can find. So many amazing people who make you feel like part of the team! (Their studio is also gorgeous and in a great location). I've struggled with body issues, but I always leave classes feeling excited and grateful for what they've been able to help me accomplish...try a spin class (or other class!) here and you'll never want to go anywhere else!

Union Three holds a special place in my heart. This is the work out studio I have been to. Frank, Dani, Candice, Elle, James, Alexandra, and Ania teach with their hearts each and every class. They connect with their students and care about the journey and goals their students are trying to achieve. Being new to Tampa, I have made some incredible friends here and I’m truly grateful for the community that Frank and Dani have built. Come to U3 you will not regret the moment you walk through those doors.

I love Union Three! They really know how to make you feel at home. Their application is easy to use and navigate. I love the ability to add the class straight to your calendar with one click. Amazing!
