GCC Smart Parking

Full bugs and it’s worse than Chinese app. It’s registering and at the end exit the app without anything. When relogin then it’s prompting new version update available but it’s not. Unable to login and use this app. Completely annoying app and someone lost their ability who made this app really.

Who ever authorised these people to collect parking fees? The attendants on road collect the fee and then only on insisting give a screenshot of some receipt which anyone can make. I called the supervisors number that they gave and no one answers. I stopped paying these people because it does not look authentic. Will report these people to the corporation and find out if they are authorised. If it was a genuine service then the parking ticket should be issued automatically by the authorities and not by some parking attendant in the form of a screenshot. If you don’t ask for receipt they don’t even give you a screenshot. This is a app developed by a private individual and not by the Govt. stop paying these parking tickets until the govt authorises them.

Many option doesn’t seems to work. There is no help or support team who could assist. There is only option to start the parking slot and no option to stop. Have too many issues to fix. Do not update the app unless they fix the issue.
