The interface is super clunky like others have said. Sometimes it cannot find me and offers me parking in South America rather than California. Why do you have to do so many steps just to park every day? And why can’t you choose a favorite car rather than the default being the vehicle with the license plate early in the alphabet. If I was it mandated to use it, I surely would not!

It does, above all, work. The UX is far clunkier than, say, ParkMobile, and you have to input a credit card number instead of a more secure method like apple pay or PayPal, something that something like… ParkMobile… offers, and if you had to manage multiple cars in this it’d be a much bigger headache than, idk, ParkMobile? But hey, my large institution employer switched to this instead of ParkMobile and so I use it. It keeps me from getting tickets 🤷🏻

When you fill in your payment info, it wipes all the info you put in when you go to password manager to cut and paste. Brilliant. That's just one of the many failures. When an app has had this low of a rating in the App Store for this long, a major shake up in in order. Whoever's paying for this team is wasting money.
