This is not an easy to use app. I think the company I work for could have picked something differently or just not bother. It is totally ridiculous with the technology today for this app to be so slow to update steps and sometimes during to update to a new week it never gives you credit for the steps the day before, which make me not get the requirements for the full payment for the watch. It is like it does it on purpose.

Overall, the app is fine as it records the workouts and such. However ever since downloading the app performance has been degrading with updating the weekly goals to even choosing said goals. I receive push notifications about the goals this week but when I open the app, nothing. Today I opened it and there is nothing about the new goals. It’s still on last weeks information and nothing I do will get it to refresh. It creates a hassle having to now go to the website to do things. Please fix your app update performance as right now it is very broken. I would delete it if it wasn’t needed for the tracking need and just do everything from the web if this is normal performance now.

I downloaded the app to qualify for a discount on my health insurance. I like the app, however occasionally my workout tracked on my Garmin watch won’t sync to Vitality One and I don’t get credit for a workout that day - there’s no way to manually add a workout that I’m aware of.
