MA Remote

The functions are well organized in the UI, and easy to operate. It needs more bug fix to make it stable. For example after marking some tracks as favorite the filter by favorite does not show any tracks. Also in general, when selecting, playing, or browsing the usb storage it frequently crashes although the playing is not interrupted, and immediate reopening the app can continue the work.

I am using the latest version of the app on iPhone and the latest firmware on my Element X. This new app lost record of my device so I tried to go though the device discovery again to add it back. But no matter whatever I tried, wired or wireless or specify the IP address of the device, it just couldn’t find my Element X anymore. However on my iPad which has always have the Element X on record and still works fine so far. Please fix it! Update: I should add that I only encountered this problem since I updated my element X to the latest firmware a couple days ago. Before that, I never had this problem. But, I also updated the app at the same time. So don’t really know which one cause the problem.

I do not know why there are no "enough" reviews or ratings of this very good app! I use it with a Matrix Mini-i4 and the current version is very mature, has excellent looks and no major issues! I connected a 2 TB SSD to it and is very responsive! What I dislike is it keeps asking to synchronize the library after finishing indexing, every time I power it on, eventhough no changes to the SSD or library are done since last run! I wished, also the app to ignore the invisible _DS Store files which are created on a mac system!! All in all MA Remote is great! The golden look is awesome and I hope improvements, bug fixes and firmware updates will improve it further!!!
