I use the app daily. it’s wonderful. but can someone help me get back into my account? I was logged out and it says user not found.

Since we needed to upgrade to this new app, it’s been extremely frustrating to use. We had issues submitting a maintenance request. Even though that’s been fixed now, the app still refuses to send us notifications when we receive a new message (and it’s not my phone settings, I’ve checked…multiple times). This was annoying before, but extremely upsetting today when some perishable food arrived for me in the afternoon, and I didn’t get the notification to pick it up when it arrived. I even walked out the door since the package was logged, and only noticed when I came back home 8 hours after it had arrived and the front desk staff alerted me to the package. Please fix this so my “treat yoself” food won’t spoil!!

This app is a terror. A great example of companies rolling out tech that is sold as being more efficient, and helpful yet do not back it up with ongoing support to continue with improvements and address issues. Action buttons will randomly disappear from the screen so you aren’t able to do anything except force quit the app. The messages section is super buggy and will jump time periods randomly. The classified section always crashes the app and if you are able to list something it will disappear and reappear after a week at random times. All these issues are actually manageable because you can’t actually access the app most times- it just crashes upon launch too much.
