I have been using Black Spectacles since before the app was a thing and it is an amazing addition I had been hoping for. BUT, there are a few huge things missing from the video player. As much as I love Mike’s voice his cadence and intonation is excruciating I always at a minimum listen to the videos at 1.5x speed. The other thing that would be great, would be if I could playback with just audio so I could listen while I am on the go a little easier. Finally the videos I have watched don’t match up between the app and online no matter what I do.

The content is very good but there are a lot of problems with the app itself. Some of the problems that needs to be fixed are as follows: 1. Login issues The app keeps logging me out for some reason. Plus, I think it would really help if you could add other login options (like Touch ID). Or atleast an option to save my login info. 2. The "Remaining Time" on the videos doesn't work. When I am done with studying for the day, I literally have to write it down somewhere. So that I know where to start my material next time. This is very inconvenient. 3. The download option doesn't work. It looks like the videos has been downloaded to my phone but when I try to access it offline it doesn't load. Today I used all my data one one of the Black Spectacles video. 4. Doesn't sync across devices I use it on both my phone and ipad. It doesn't sync at all. I think it should sync through all the devices. Overall, I really love the direction Black Spectacles is going. I think its just some UX issues that needs fixing. I hope this helps! RJ

It’s really nice to be able to watch videos on the go. However every time I try to watch any videos it won’t play or even open the videos unless I delete then redownload the app. So I have to do this every single time I want to watch and then re-sign in. It also doesn’t save my place so I have to screenshot the last video I was on to go back and find my place.
