The app does not record correctly to the calendar. I’ve completed many days of meditation but the calendar indicates days of rest, even though when I first complete the meditation, the calendar displays the yin-yang symbol. By the next day this has changed into a rest day. No one from the study has responded to my request for help.

About Meditrain Nexus

Meditrain is a digital intervention produced by researchers in the Neuroscape Center at UCSF — A translational cognitive neuroscience center whose goal is to bridge neuroscience and technology.

The goal of MediTrain is to help users improve their self-regulation of internal attention and distractions. It was developed in collaboration with meditation thought-leader Jack Kornfield, and Zynga, a world-class video game company. It was created to make benefits of concentrative meditation more easily accesible to anyone, including complete novices.
