I’ve registered my account, logged in, and tried to access weekly ads, coupons, rewards, etc….. only to be prompted to “sign in” AGAIN….. when I try to, the system says “user not found”. Have had this app for a couple years, and never been able to use it. Card scans fine at the store, points built up but cannot use the app. Serious issues even after keeping up with updates.

I downloaded the app and put in my location (Clinton,LA). Like that I can see the sale paper. Put items on My List, ready to shop. Get to store.. NO CELL SERVICE.. Seriously? So, app is useless in store. And I can’t scan items.. remember?? NO CELL SERVICE. For true shoppers wanting to make full use of app, this is not acceptable. Quick trips, not a problem. Got a coupon for $5 off.. in phone thru app.. No Cell Service. Phone lists are easier as I can add items as they come to mind. Please, please address this issue soon.

All I have had is trouble with this app. I have it Downloaded and signed up for email updates; but EVERY TIME i try to sign in, I get a message saying email not in system. Them I go to my profile and complete the information and then I receive a message “Id already exists, use login”. I just keep going in circles. Frustrating!
