I find this app to be more reliable than some of the competitors. The range is good and tags react quickly. But it happened to me already for second time that when I wanted to search for the tag, app was logged out. When I try to login, it says unknown error. This is not something you want to experience when searching under stress where you left your keys…

After a full week of asking for help, the customer support have sent me an e-mail with some instruction for help, but that did not solve the issue. The communication with them is so slow and I still have the problem with my devices after almost one month since my first contact with the support. Terrible.

Less stress, my keys and wallet is under control. App is reliable, easy to use.
