I’ve had this app for 5 minutes after hearing it be recommended by Esther Hicks (Abraham). I am a follower of them and they recommended focusing on the white noise of central air. She then said in another taping that she has a central air app on her phone for when she’s on the go. None of the sounds are on a loop so it is easy to zone out and meditate which is why Esther Hicks was talking about it. I downloaded all of the free noise selections and they are all very high quality without loops. I surprised myself by liking the airplane cruising noise the best! I love nature so I thought garden or the metal fan would be my favorite. Of the free ones, I love the airplane cruising the most. Listening right now. 😍🥰 Great app and does its job. Wouldn’t be mad to pay .99 for each of the rest of the tracks if I felt I wanted or needed them. So far I’m happy with the free tracks so I figured I would leave a kind review I’m so impressed how none of the noises sound canned or manufactured nor do they have background or loop noises. Smooth smooth smooth! Thanks!

I find the “Waves” track effective for helping me drift off to sleep. I like the (free) Garden Patio sounds very much, and find them them well randomized. There are supposedly also evening patio sounds as well, but unsure at this point whether they will automatically come into play at evening my time, or if there is a way to select them.
