BOSS Mobile Banking

You touted this great new app update, then deleted all my login information. I’m out of the office, need to get into the account and don’t want to reset my password because then it will have to be changed on my other devices. What a major inconvenience from some lousy thoughtless tech people you let ruin your business. Bad bad business!

This app and boss online are really really bad. We access accounts with multiple banks online, and this is by far the worst we’ve ever seen. I can’t even download a statement for reconciling.

I’m glad to see other reviews like this. I can’t log into the app, but I can on the web site. I figured this issue would be resolved quickly, but it’s been months. It’s a REALLY simple concept, developers: Try making your product actually work before putting it out or just don’t make product. Waste of time for us customers and big disappointment in Fulton which is usually a great bank to deal with.
