The app requires full access to all of our thousands of personal photos for us to be able to download the photos posted by our teacher. This is a huge privacy concern, should be a quick and simple fix, and it appears the developer has been promising this quick fix for a year now. They recently emailed me that the full access requirement would be removed on Oct 22, but that day came and went with no change. Then they stopped responding to me. Sounds like the same empty promises over and over again, so very concerned about what they are doing with people’s photos. I will be requesting we re-evaluate our school’s use of this app for this single reason.

Recently, the app has been none responsive upon opening. I have to close and reopen the app several times before I could access any of the functions. Sometimes I cannot get it to respond at all. My child is hospitalized and I can’t communicate with his teacher or check notifications from the school. Hope this gets fixed asap.

The app had a recent bug where it wasn’t working at all until it was fixed on the back end after my previous review highlighting the issue. This past school year that we’ve been using the app, tapping on the download button for pictures/videos was extremely challenging, like playing the kids game of Operation. That issue and the overall functionality of the app has improved with the recent bug fix but it still gets buggy from to time. For example, currently, I’m unable to download videos.
