Like the other reviewers, I experienced initial difficulties with the new upgrade (locked account). But their team was really helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly for me. The app itself is a significant improvement over the previous version with a much cleaner design and better visibility into multiple accounts. While the upgrade wasn’t perfect, it’s encouraging to see the bank making investments like this to improve things for the customer long term.

This app makes banking simple and stress free! I really like that it shows both the current balance and available balance for my checking account, and it does the same for savings. The transfer option is much more accessible now, which makes moving money around quick and easy. Everything I’ve needed so far has been straightforward and reliable. I’m impressed with the smooth layout and user friendly design, and I’m looking forward to seeing what more the app can do as I continue to use it.

I really enjoyed the new app much better. There are a few minor bugs, for example, when you transfer funds, on the iPhone, it is difficult to see the accounts. But all things considered. It is a great improvement over the old application.
