This App is superb!! It’s a great platform not only to sell but to buy! When buying your payment is held by TagHawk for up to 3 days after delivery allowing u time to verify the product works and came as listed and pictured. If any problems u can get a refund and return item. And if you sell and you don’t get a review in 3 days and if the customer hasn’t requested a return/refund you won’t get left on the hook with them not rating bc TagHawk will rate you and release the funds!! I love this app for selling items and I’ve bought quite a few items and haven’t had any problems but when I reached out to customer service about something I was greeted with a fast response back. And when using his app it’s easy for seller & buyer to communicate. I highly recommend TagHawk to anyone who wants to sell and/or buy items. This is better then Ebay in my opinion.

This app is set up to make safe transactions. They have a few different options to pay through the app that protect both the buyer and seller.
BEWARE: There are tons of sellers on there asking people to contact them outside of the app, pay through venmo or cash app, etc. This is against the terms of use and you will be ripped off! I found out the hard way but thankfully it wasn't too much. These same scammers, I've seen multiple ones post the same exact phones (same imei numbers and everything) under different seller names. The one who ripped me off kept reposting the phone after I sent them money. My bad, but I reported them every time they reposted it for sale.
If someone asks you to text them or pay outside of the app, report them immediately!

There is honestly nothing wrong with the way this app runs, I have had problems with it for sure but only because of people, and if you have any issues they resolve them in ways where both parties (buyer and seller) are satisfied. I wish they didn’t raise the shipping costs (again not the apps fault) because it is hard to make money paying for shipping yourself, but if you don’t offer free shipping people low ball you. But I have made good money selling my things at a time where I really need it. You definitely learn as you go along and it takes some trial and error to really get going as a seller, and you can find really great stuff for good prices! Thankful for this app for sure
