The new version is terrible. It’s useless. The colors were better on the other one and the different accounts stood out with the orange background. You have to jump around to get information that was easily accessible on the dashboard before. There is no longer a place to put ‘notes’ on transactions to specify what it’s for. I cannot search transactions by words anymore. Keeps telling me that there are no records. I need to have that feature when I am reconciling medical bills with insurance statements in case I’ve overpaid. I also need a printout for my taxes. There is no longer an option to even print the transaction when I finally find it. It no longer offers the ‘financial snapshot’ so that you can see you net worth, liabilities, spending habits and the graph for balance changes from one month to the next. It broke it down into different categories too. (ie: medical, medical, groceries, etc) They expect us to go through each account and add it up on a particular day when it was done for us on the previous app. They also expect us to search through each transaction so we have to make our own graph. The whole thing is ridiculous. No one has time to do an excel spreadsheet to input the different transactions. That feature was crucial in managing my budget and now it’s gone. The old dashboard showed side by side accounts for an easy review, now you have to swipe the dashboard to look at each account individually. The blue and white in the new format is not user friendly. There isn’t one thing I like about it. It’s not ‘streamlined’, it’s complicated and too many steps to get the information you’re looking for. Nothing was improved to make it better in my opinion. Needs to go back to the old version.
The team at the Moody Bank in the seawall is generally where I do all of my banking. They are very efficient and always willing to help figure out things whether it’s a fraud charge or general banking. It really does feel like a really close group there whenever I pull in, they always address me by my name. It’s a little things like that that make you feel special even though you’re not lol! Even talking with some of the other banking staff, whether it’s in the main office or a different branch that I normally use you get the same kind of treatment and I believe that’s from a well established culture of customer service that just doesn’t happen overnight I would highly recommend thank you Steve Smith project Worx
During the height of COVID, my wife died. My bank froze my accounts, because I didn’t know passwords and PIN numbers. I had to call a central office, make an appointment, 3 weeks out to see a real person. I was literally without any money. I barrowed some money, and went to Moody. They did everything they could to help me get an account, checks, and a debit card. They were a God send. Bob Nilles
