This would be a helpful app if it weren’t for the tendency of some functions freezing up. Basics like being able to look at your account or search for books or see hold statuses. Nothing crazy here, just basic functionality. The only way to fix it is to completely remove the app then download it again. This means you have to input your library card and personal info again. My iOS is up to date so that isn’t the issue. It’s just annoying and no one at the library seems to know how to get the issue fixed.
There is no clear way to edit the home library in the profile. Likewise, it will toggle to other branches as to where to pick up a reserved book but won’t actually make the change. Better to use website.
