I am trying to cancel my subscription and it is nearly impossible. This website is not very user-friendly and does not give the option to cancel subscription nor does it give you contact information to speak with somebody or text somebody for help. Very disappointed I wish I would’ve never signed up, now I need to figure out how to cancel it. Unfortunately, I might have to call my bank to have them stop payment because I cannot figure out how to stop the subscription that was supposed to be a free trial and now is charging my credit card. They advertised movies. There are no movies. It’s all documentariesand lessons that’s not what I was looking for. Very disappointed.

This is a great purchase for anyone who loves horses and wants to learn more! Only one suggestion- please make accessing the episodes of a video series easier. It’s extremely difficult to figure out how to get to the episode list. There should be a menu option in a video to go to the episode list. ;)

I enjoy listening and watching all of the videos, training episodes etc. It would be really helpful to have the option to watch ALL of let’s say, Mustang Maddy, or Carson James videos all the way through like it used to be. Instead of having to individually click on each one after the first one has ended. I’ve had a few troubling moments where when you go to minimize to a smaller screen, then make it bigger and it cuts it off. But learning to not minimize and stick to it 🤣 Hopefully Wild Horse Wild Ride can be added one day and maybe even Wylene Wilson or some next content or horseman/women. That would be great!!
