A little slow sometimes but works well most of the time!
When I returned to work after maternity leave it was hard to leave my newborn at daycare. The Nurture app made the transition such a positive experience! With Nurture, I get updates and photos of my baby throughout the day and it helps me feel connected. I can’t imagine going back to work without the peace of mind this app offers.
Ok, I had some issues with the app. There is a one star review on here that claims they suffered from the same issue I had. After I updated my iPhone, the app stopped working. Said I didn’t have any children linked to my account but I couldn’t get to “my account” in the app, it just froze. I tried everything. I deleted the app. I restarted my iPhone. I was in contact with Nurture Parent support. Everything looked good with my account. Then they called me to trouble shoot and the first thing they asked me to do was log out using the “log out” button at the bottom of the menu page and then re-log in. I hadn’t even noticed the button and/or that that was an option. And of course, much to my mortification, it worked. What’s the first thing any IT person will ask you when you are having problems? “Did you reboot? Did you try to log out and log back in again?” Yeah, simple solutions are sometimes the hardest to come up with. Anyway, tech support is amazing and super responsive. And he didn’t even laugh at how big of an idiot I am. I like the app. It works. I get updates and pictures and live streaming from the room. I get to see my baby when ever I want while I’m at work. Hence - 5 stars.
